1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 1:00 pm PT on business days typically dispatch the next business day. Weekends/public holidays are excluded. See product pages for pre-order/custom/out-of-stock notes.
Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days in Canada. Remote areas or peak seasons may take longer. Checkout will show estimates and any available expedited options.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary depending on destination.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Returns are shipped back to our Canada warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders shipped within Canada include all applicable taxes. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
