Personalized or custom items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need the same item in a different size or variation, please request an exchange when contacting us.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.

For orders placed by 1:00 pm PT on business days, we typically dispatch on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery in Canada is usually 3–7 business days. Remote areas or peak seasons, weather, and carrier capacity may extend transit times.

Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your address.

Rates & Free Shipping

Free shipping over C$79.90 (pre-tax) within Canada. For orders below the threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Oversized/overweight parcels and certain remote areas may be excluded or incur surcharges.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Please follow carrier updates; contact us if you encounter delays or delivery issues.
