Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened pet food or treats
Used grooming products (such as brushes, nail grinders, wipes)
Personalized or custom items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need the same item in a different size or variation, please request an exchange when contacting us.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
